New Color Elixir by Colour Sensational from Maybelline New York

Cosmetic brand Maybelline New York has announced the launch of Color Elixir by Colour Sensational, a collection of lip lacquers available in 11 shades. The applicator bursts each oil particle, causing them to rise to the surface of the smooth pigment base, while the oil is suspended on top to add high-octane shine and a 3-D glossy finish.
