New Brow Pencils by Topshop

Topshop Make Up has unveiled two new Brow Pencils. The wax-based, highly pigmented formula is also waterproof, with a longwear formula and ability to blend regardless of skin temperature. The new Brow Pencils are available in Brows in Spike Chocolate Brown, and Brows in Vicious Circle Mushroom Brown, both priced at £5. They are launching in April at selected Topshop stores nationwide, topshop.com, John Lewis Oxford Street and Selfridges Oxford Street.
