Betty Boop, style icon and face of new Lancome mascara ready to share her secrets

Betty Boop has been an international style icon for many years, bringing her own unique Boop-Oop-a-Doop to fans the world over with her dramatic smoky eyes and fun, flirtatious, manner.
Like all true celebrities Betty has her own fragrance range and designer clothing lines with high end scarves from Alexia Fashions that retail at over £130 and now Lancôme have signed her as the face of their new mascara, Hypnôse Star. Since then, she has been travelling the world and promoting the product which launched in Selfridges London before heading to Europe and finally back to Betty’s home country of America.
Along with Lancôme make-up artist Benjamin Rousseau, Betty has created three fantastic ways to wear Hypnôse Star: Fresh & Luminous, Sophisticated & Chic and Glamour & Intense.
In addition she has been featuring in glossy print ads, outdoor media and on point-of-purchase displays but her most exciting activity to date has been starring in Star Eyes, a short film with top model Daria Werbowy.
In the movie Betty shows Daria how to say it with her eyes. Now taking a short break from her work with Lancôme Betty is available for interview and is happy to share the secret of her stunning eyes, her non-stop glamour and of course her Boop-Oop-a-Doop, in fact there is little that Betty isn’t happy to talk about! Says Betty, “I’d love to share the secrets that have made me a star for so many years, whether it’s how to get my trademark smoky eyes or what a typical day in my life is like, I’m happy to talk about it. In fact I so love to talk there isn’t much that I couldn’t be persuaded to share, just fire away with your questions”.
