Get The look - Katy Perry Rocks Vintage Glamour At The Oscars!

Just loving Katy Perry's look at this years Oscar celebrations, the star sported a gorgeous vintage chic make-up look with light smokey eyes, fabulous lashes (as always!) & nude lips. To get Katy's hollywood smokey eye look apply a light nude/pearl eyeshadow, try Mac's 'Shroom', which is always great as a base, and apply it across the lids. Then take a light golden brown & shade over the socket line, blending just above the socket & then at the outer corners to define your eye shape, try Mac's 'Patina'. To define the top lash line try a Gel Liner to give a strong defined line & lightly flick at the outer edges, take a little of the golden brown shadow under the bottom lash line to give a smokey softer finish that will make the top lash line more of a statement. Apply false strip lashes to give the eyes a glamourous finish, the longer & thicker the better!!! Finish off with a soft peach & bronzed blush then nude/peach lips with a little gold gloss to give some sparkle.

Also Pantene Pro-V celebrity Hair Stylist danilo also styled Katy's 1940's inspired look & again they share some of their red carpet secrets with us so you can get the look yourself! See below -

Step 1 :
As a base, Danilo combed through the Pantene Pro-V Nature Fusion Moisture Balance Leave-in Conditioner (RRP £3.99) to condition and ready hair for styling. While blow-drying individual sections of hair, he sprayed the Pantene Pro-V Volume & Body Magnifying Mousse from route to tip (RRP £2.99) for extra lift and definition.

Step 2:
He sectioned the hair into a side parting before setting it using a large (2 inch) curling iron away and under from the parting. Each section was misted with Pantene Pro-V Volume & Body Bouncy Body hairspray (RRP £2.99).

Step 3:
Once the set cooled it was brushed smooth, the wave was arranged with volume in the front at the root and the style was secured with a final finishing spray to help it hold.
